no need to have your own racket - all equipment provided for £free!
You'll use specially modified equipment such as slower-bouncing green and lighter balls
and by the end of the course, you will be all set to serve, rally and understand the scoring system.
You'll then have the foundation to continue playing tennis on a regular basis, on a weekly SaddlerTennis group or socially at the club.

Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class set on a tennis court and open to people of all ages and abilities.
Supported by music and qualified coaches, you’ll get to hit lots of tennis balls during your class and have a great cardio workout at the same time!
Your trained Cardio Tennis coach will lead you through a 60 minute class consisting of a short warm up and cool down either side of a 40-45 minute full body workout.

Jonathan teaches both one to one and adult groups throughout the year. The emphasis is on making the lessons a fun bit of exercise, inviting to newcomers with technical and tactical input designed to encourage you to then, over time, play more and begin the start of a long term love of tennis. Courses run all-year-round under floodlights during winter months.
Level 1 = beginners
Level 2 = improvers
Level 3 = intermediates
Level 4 = experienced club players
